Refund and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of you changing your mind about your purchase from Zapatos Designer Shoes please return the unworn or unused goods to us with the original till receipt and with the original packaging within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or credit note/vouchers.

Mail order items must be returned within 7 days, unworn and unused with the packaging and receipt for exchange, credit note or refund payable to the original card used.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are judged to be faulty.
