Q1. Can I order by telephone?

A1. Yes, you can telephone to speak to us about special orders or any queries. Mon - Sat. 10AM - 5PM, Sun. 12PM - 4PM Daytime 01565 621999

Q2. Can you fast track my order?

A2. Yes, if you order before 3pm we can arrange next day delivery.

Q3. Do I get charged for each item?

A3. If you buy up to 2 items there will be 1 delivery charge. To purchase 3 or more items please telephone for a suitable quote.

Q4. How long will it take to receive my Goods once an order has been placed?

A4. Dependant on the delivery option selected we will endeavour to dispatch your order between 1 to 3 working days

Q5. Is there a deadline for returns?

A5. Yes ,returns should be made within 7 working days - unworn, with the till receipt and in the original packaging.

Q6. What credit / Debit cards can I use on the on- line store?

A6. We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta / Connect and Switch / Maestro.

Q7. What happens after I place an order?

A7. After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number.

Q8. What if order is out of stock?

A8. We may be able to re- order it for you. If we haven't got the size it should not appear on the website but we will endeavour to try and re-order for you.

Q9. When do I get my refund?

A9. Refunds will be made as soon as the returned Goods are received. Please allow 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account.
